The Santa Cruz has a stiched in groundsheet in the living space for total protection against humidity and insects. The additional mosquito screens on the door also provide protection and ventilation. 

There's a dividing door between the porch and living space enabling you to separate the spaces as required 

As a driveway awning, the awning can remain in place even if your vehicle leaves the site (additional driveway kit needed).
