Delivery and Pre-Order Terms
** Free Delivery on all awning orders (excluding awnings/tents 5m or greater) to Mainland UK excluding Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands.
When you place your order online with us you will receive an automatic e-mail notification of the receipt of your order.
Please check your order on arrival - any shortages or damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
Delivery for orders to the following Surcharge Areas will be quoted separately:
AB31 to 38, AB40 to 56, HS, IV1 to IV28, IV30 to 32, IV36 to 49, IV51, IV55 & 56, IV63, KA27 & KA28, KW1 to 17, PA20 to 38, PA41 to 49, PA60 to 78, PH4 to 44, PH49 to 50 & ZE

Delivery Timescales
Our delivery timescales are based upon working days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday and subject to the same delivery timescales as an order placed on the Monday morning.
Acceptance of Delivery
Please ensure that all packages are checked upon delivery and if any damage is visible on the outer packaging reject the delivery so that the items are returned to us immediately. Then please contact us at sales@perfectawnings.co.uk to make us aware the items have been rejected so that a replacement can be arranged.
Failure to reject the delivery if the packaging is damaged may mean we are unable to exchange or replace the damaged goods.
International / Export Delivery will also be quoted separately.
We can deliver most of our products and spare parts worldwide, and work with couriers who deliver regularly to USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and all EU countries. We are happy to provide a quote for any orders over £100 which require delivering to countries listed on the currency drop down on our home page. Delivery quotes can be requested once the items have have been placed in the basket and an opportunity to request a delivery quote will be offered at checkout.
Please note that we are unable to ship items over 3.0m Internationally due to the courier costs involved.
Terms for Delivering Outside of Mainland UK
1. In these terms, the customer is acting as the BUYER and A to Z Project Services T/A Perfect Awnings is acting as the SELLER. Any delivery outside of Mainland UK will utilise Incoterms 2020, to define the responsibilities for cost and risk as follows:
2. Any deliveries from Mainland UK to the rest of the world (with the exception of deliveries to non-trade consumers in Northern Ireland) will be subject to Delivered at Place (DAP), as defined in Incoterms 2020.
2a. In the case of Clause 2, the SELLER will be responsible for the packaging, delivery charges and Export customs clearance from Mainland UK to a point of Import customs in the country specified for delivery in the BUYER’S order.
2b. The BUYER is then responsible for Import customs clearance and any customs duties and taxes that may be payable. Import customs will contact the BUYER to advise if any duties or taxes are due prior to clearance and onward delivery to the BUYER’S delivery address. Once customs are cleared the SELLER is responsible for transporting the goods to the BUYER’S delivery address as stated in the order.
3. Deliveries from Mainland UK to non-trade consumers in Northern Ireland, will be subject to Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), as defined in Incoterms 2020.
3a. In the case of Clause 3, the SELLER will be responsible for the packaging, delivery charges and Export customs clearance from Mainland UK to the point of Import customs in the country specified for delivery in the BUYER’S order.
3b. The SELLER is also responsible for Import customs clearance and any customs duties and taxes that may be payable. Once customs are cleared the SELLER is responsible for transporting the goods to the BUYER’S delivery address as stated in the order.
3c. The BUYER is also responsible for ensuring any goods delivered from the SELLER to themselves in Northern Ireland will not be passed or sold onto any company of individuals living in the EU including in the Republic of Ireland.
4. In the case that the customer wants to arrange their own collection and delivery directly from the BUYER’S warehouse or other premises, then this will be subject to Ex Works (EXW) as defined in Incoterms 2020.
4a. In the case of Clause 4, the BUYER is responsible for all the charges and risks involved in the shipment of the merchandise from the moment it leaves the SELLER’S warehouse until it reaches its destination place.
Pre-Order - Zero Deposit Option
If the items are not in stock, we will contact you and advise when the goods are due into the warehouse. If the order is not available within a reasonable period of time, we will offer you the opportunity to convert the order to a Pre-order whereby the purchase price will be refunded until the goods are in the UK warehouse, at that point an E Invoice will be issued for payment prior to release.
