Thule Awnings

Please confirm your vehicle make, model and year, stating if Car, Van, Motorhome or Caravan

• Please advise the height of your vehicle or height code (H1, H2, H3, H4)?
• Please also advise the length of your vehicle (SWB, MWB or LWB) or length code (L1, L2, L3, L4) or if Compact (C) Medium (M), Long (L) or Extra Long (XL)?

If you are not sure, you can use websites such as https://ukvehicledata.co.uk/FreeVRMLookup . These allow you to  enter your Vehicle Reg number and they provide the vehicle model, length and height of the van.

Do you have a preference for wall, roof or rail mounted? 

Please confirm what length you have clear (unimpeded) for the awning?

What colour awning cassette do you require? – They are available in White / Anodised (Silver) / Anthracite (Black)

Are you going to be undertaking the installation yourself? If you need installation services, we work with a range of installers across the UK who are AWS accredited. Please confirm your postcode if installation required.

Awning Accessories

Do you require the awning to be motorised? - If so please advise awning type and length.

We always recommend having a hold down side strap kit to ensure the awning has some protection against the wind when extended. Would you like this included?

Do you require a tension rafter or integrated tension arms? If so, please advise awning type and length

Do you require a seal for the awning? 

 Do you want LED lights including? 

Are you likely to want to add a tent in the future?

Please confirm your vehicle make, model and year, stating if Car, Van, Motorhome or Caravan

Please advise if you have a roof, wall or rail mounted awning?

What model of awning do you have? (1200, 3200, 4200, 4900, 5002, 5003, 5200, 6200, 6300, 8000, 9200) 

How long is the awning cassette from end cap to end cap? (If unsure you can extend the awning 60cm and see label)

Are you able to confirm the mounting height of the awning? (measure from ground to the underside of the awning when retracted) 

Do you have a preference for one of the following:

• Smart Panel - View/Rain/Sun Blockers
• Residence Tent - Previously known as Safari Room
• Panaroma Tent - Excellent long stay option for hot climates
• Veduta Tent - Caravans with roof mounted 6300 awnings only

If Smart panels, how many panels are you looking for? Do you want both sides / all front to be enclosed?
